Nancy K. SaccoiaNancy K. Saccoia
Nancy joins the board as former President of the Ballou Home board of directors. She holds a masters degree from the University of Rhode Island. Nancy was a physical education instructor and department administrative head in the Smithfield School System for over 37 years. Nancy has significant volunteer and philanthropic experience having sat on various boards and committees locally such as the American Red Cross. In her spare time she enjoys the beach, her boxers and spending quality time with her family.

Myra DurfeeMyra A. Durfee
Myra is the treasurer of the Harriet Ballou Foundation and has been on the Board of Directors since 2018.  With decades of experience in office administration and management, her career has offered her numerous work environments including the halls of the US Senate, the judicial system of Rhode Island, the mortgage industry and a premier assisted living community serving as Assistant Director. She is currently semi-retired and works part time as a memorial counselor at a Rhode Island cemetery. In her fun time, she enjoys tennis, drumming, gardening, cooking and Italy (especially the small villages). Ask her about her latest gig on the drums, her favorite restaurant in Rome or the time her sailboat lost its rudder.

Gregory TumoloGregory Tumolo
Gregory is a partner with the Providence office of Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard & Smith. He is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group. His practice is focused on advising and counseling employers on a wide variety of employment law matters. Gregory joined the board of directors of the Ballou Home in 2016.

Stephen J. RoccoStephen J. Rocco
Stephen is a Technology Support and Systems Specialist at Classical High School in Providence, RI and previously a business owner for 40 years and educator for the past 22 years. A lifelong resident of Greenville, RI, married for 42 years, father of three 3, and grandfather of two. Stephen  Bachelor of Special Studies degree from Cornell College, Iowa and an M.Ed. in Educational Technology from the American College of Education. He currently sits on the board of Challenge for Change RI, a Providence non-profit organization “Serving Youth and Families in Rhode Island and Beyond”.  Steve is a partial caregiver to his mother who turns 98 in July giving him sufficient experience with eldercare that he’s pleased to be serving on the board to continue with Harriet Ballou’s mission.

Linda CepranoLinda Ceprano
As a lifelong resident of Rhode Island, Linda is currently self-employed as a Realtor with RE/MAX Preferred in North Providence since 1994. Prior to that she was a co-owner of a gift basket business while raising her daughter. Linda’s background extends to the banking area with concentration on application review to grant credit, debt collection/counseling. In addition to serving on this Board, in her past she has served on several Boards in various fields.

Timothy D. SaccoiaTimothy D. Saccoia
Tim is a consummate marketing executive experienced in several industries including finance, aviation, high tech manufacturing, and real estate. As a graduate of Bryant University, this sparked his interest to start Wax Job Auto Detailing LLC. He enjoys all things entrepreneurial. Tim served as a board member for the Massachusetts Marketing Partnership under the MA Governor’s Office of Travel Tourism. In his spare time he is an avid beach goer, skier, car/boat nut and dog fanatic especially for his boxers Atlas and Dory. He is a native Rhode Islander now living in Boston, MA.

Ida ZeccoIda Zecco
Ida Zecco has had a 40-year career in the high-tech industry; working for Digital Equipment Corporate; BBN Technologies/Genuity, Inc.and Schneider Electric, France. She has over 30 years of volunteer hospice service experience working for AIDS Project Worcester and AIDS Action Committee of Boston; Boston Children’s Hospital, Hope Hospice of RI and Hospice Health of MA, specializing in pediatric oncology. Ida has a Masters Degree in Music Therapy from the Orff Institute and a Bachelor Degree in Voice and Cello, from the Mozarteum University. She has a Master of Fine Arts in Acting and Directing from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, London, England. Ms. Zecco is presently also on the Board of Directors for The Arctic Playhouse.

Conor KendrickConor Kenrick
Conor joins the Harriet Ballou Foundation with over a decade of experience working in the finance industry. A graduate of Northeastern University, he currently works for a Real Estate Investment company within the Sales and legal divisions. An avid automotive enthusiast, Conor spends his spare time working on his cars, and frequents the beaches of New England during the summer months. A native of the North Shore of Massachusetts, Conor now resides in the Greater Boston area.

Thomas WinfieldThomas Winfield
Thomas Winfield, born and raised in Smithfield, RI and attended CCRI and Providence College and transferred to New England Institute which became Mt. Ida College. Currently the President of the Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home in Greenville, RI a third-generation family business. He is the Chairman of the Town of Smithfield’s All Lit Up Christmas Parade. A Past member of the Smithfield Lions Club, St. Philip School Board in Smithfield, RI, RI House of Representatives, elected from 1992 to 2018 having served as Deputy Speaker. Married to Rebecca (Campopiano) Winfield, and they have 3 Golden Retrievers, Buddy, Teddy and Nicky.
